S&P assigns “Investment Grade” rating to BPER Banca - “BBB-” Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating, with a positive outlook

Notice is hereby given that the rating agency S&P Global has today assigned its ratings to BPER Banca. In particular, the Bank was assigned a Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of “BBB-” and a Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating of “A-3”. The outlook on all ratings is positive.
