Change to 2025 Financial Calendar

BPER Banca announces a change to the 2025 financial calendar. In particular, in line with the provisions of the Industrial Plan B: Dynamic | Full Value 2027, presented on 10 October 2024, it is expected that, during the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled for the approval of the interim management report as of 30 September 2025, a proposal for the distribution of an interim dividend will also be submitted for the Board’s decision.
