After graduating in Business Administration at Bocconi University, Milan, where she also obtained a Ph D, Ms. Tettamanzi attended a research training programme at the London School of Economics.
She is a Full Professor of Business Administration at LIUC - Cattaneo University and an Adjunct Professor at Bocconi University for courses in “Financial Reporting and Analysis” and “Financial Accounting”.
At LIUC, she holds basic and advanced courses in Consolidated Financial Statements, Strategic Management Accounting, International Financial Reporting, Management and Principles of Accounting, Accountability and Sustainable Accounting, Environmental and Social Governance, Impact Accounting and ESG Reporting. She coordinates the orientation programme in Sustainability Management and is a member of the Management Board and Faculty Council of the Ph D. in Management, Finance and Accounting.
A former professor of “Administration, Control and Corporate Finance” courses at SDA (School of Business Administration) Bocconi in Milan, Ms Tettamanzi is a lecturerer at – USI University of Lugano, Switzerland.
In addition to being the scientific director of the journal “Bilancio e Revisione”, as well as the reviewer and author of many publications in the field of economics and business, she has been the sponsor of several studies and research papers on ESG, Sustainable Economy, B-Corps, recent developments in Integrated Reporting and, more generally, international financial (and non-financial) communication.
A Standing Auditor of BPER Banca S.p.A. since April 2022, she has been an Alternate Auditor of A2A S.p.A. since 2020 and a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Body of listed and unlisted joint stock companies. In the recent past, she was an Alternate Auditor of BPER Banca S.p.A.. From 2013 to 2016, she was an external member of the Supervisory Body of Banco Popolare and, from 2007 to 2014, a permanent member of the Supervisory Body of the Aureo Open Pension Fund of Aureo Gestioni SGR S.p.A..
She was an Auditor of Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. in Milan. Since she qualified to practice as a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, Ms Tettamanzi has mainly provided consultancy services to listed and unlisted joint stock companies. She is a member of the managing board of the Association of the members of Supervisory Bodies AODV231, a member of the European Accounting Association (EAA) and the - European Academy of Management (EURAM).

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, she has held various positions in the past as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, an Independent Director and Chair of the Supervisory Bodies of companies, including listed companies, mainly active in the insurance, health and energy services sectors. Her notable other posts include the office of Standing Auditor of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. and Unipol Gruppo S.p.A., the office of Independent Administrator of Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. and Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., as well as the office of Chair of the Supervisory Body of Casa di Cura Villa Donatello S.p.A. and Centro Florence Chirurgia Ambulatoriale S.r.l.
