Approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements and called the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for 23 April 2026

At its meeting on 11 March 2026, the Board of Directors of BPER Banca S.p.A. (“BPER” or “BPER Banca”) reviewed and approved BPER’s draft separate financial statements and BPER Group’s consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025, inclusive of the 2025 consolidated sustainability report, confirming the preliminary results reviewed and approved on 4 February 2026.
