Mountain Echoes
BPER Banca is the main partner of the artistic project conceived by Yuval Avital, part of the Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympics programme, which accompanies the Games by promoting art, culture and the local area. Three large sound sculptures, made from local materials, broadcast voices and sounds from Valtellina and recount the deep bond between man, mountains and community.

Picasso lo straniero
With the support of BPER, the third Italian stage of the exhibition opens at Palazzo Cipolla in Rome, Milan and Mantua. The exhibition explores the artist's identity as an immigrant in France, where, despite his worldwide fame, he never obtained citizenship. A path that combines aesthetics and politics to tell how Picasso revolutionised 20th century art by living the condition of ‘foreigner’. For this stage, the exhibition will present an important section devoted to the Roman Spring of 1917 spent by Pablo Picasso with Jean Cocteau, Erik Satie, Serge de Diaghilev and Leonid Massine.

The BPER Banca Gallery presents the exhibition “Psyche in the Mirror” from 13 September 2024 to 9 February 2025, in the spaces of its art gallery in Modena. Omnia vincit amor” curated by Daniela Ferrari, with the patronage of the Municipality of Modena. Playing with words and their multiple meanings, such as mirror, soul, breath, ego, and with the symbols of classical iconography, such as the butterfly, the exhibition delves into the concept of "psyche" in a journey that crosses the eras and languages of art history.

In September, there will be two events for ‘Aspettando il Premio Rapallo BPER Banca’ (Waiting for the Rapallo BPER Banca Award), the literary award dedicated to the best Italian female writers, promoted by the city of Rapallo and BPER: on the 6th with Elisabetta Pozzi (7 p.m. at Villa Tigullio, Rapallo) and on the 15th with Luciano Violante (7 p.m. at Villa Porticciolo, Rapallo). The eighth and final stage of the tenth edition of the BPER Beach Volley Italia Tour, the travelling tournament circuit that has brought the spectacle of beach volleyball to various Italian locations throughout the summer.
