Dividends
Interim Dividend for 2025
The Board of Directors of BPER Banca S.p.A., during its meeting on November 5, 2025, having verified compliance with the requirements of Article 2433-bis of the Italian Civil Code and based on the Bank's financial position as of June 30, 2025, resolved to distribute €0.10 (ten euro cents) per outstanding ordinary share, before legal withholdings, as an interim dividend based on the results for the 2025 financial year.
