In the field of D&I (Diversity & Inclusion), our Brand Purpose can be summarised in one word: uniqueness. IDEM is the university start-up born from the collaboration between teachers and researchers of the Marco Biagi Foundation, a research body of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia specialized in the analysis of employment relationships.
