Approval of the draft separate and consolidated financial statements as at 31 december 2024 - Calling of Shareholders’ Meeting approved for 18 april 2025, ordinary session included

At its meeting on 12 March 2025, the Board of Directors of BPER Banca reviewed and approved the draft separate financial statements of the Bank and the consolidated financial statements of the Group as at 31 December 2024, inclusive of the 2024 consolidated sustainability report, confirming the preliminary results reviewed and approved on 6 February 2025.
