Notice publication of Shareholders' Meeting Documents

BPER Banca informs that a rectified version (“corrigendum”) of the 2022 Sustainability Report (Consolidated Non-Financial Statement) was published today. The revised version contains corrections, in particular, to typos in some page headings of the previous version of the document.

The rectified 2022 Sustainability Report is available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website (www.bper.it – Sito Istituzionale > Governance > Shareholders’ Meeting), and in the authorised storage system “1INFO”.
