Publication of the Directors’ Report on the distribution of an interim dividend

Notice is hereby given that, on 5 November 2025, the Board  of Directors of BPER Banca S.p.A. resolved upon the distribution of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025. 
The Financial Statements and the Directors’ Report of BPER Banca S.p.A. as at 30 June  2025 have been published on the corporate website www.group.bper.it and on the authorised eMarket STORAGE system.
These documents, together with the opinion of the Independent Auditing Firm, will also be  available for Shareholders’ consultation at the Company’s registered office until the approval of the financial report.
