BPER: Draft Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2023 approved - Calling of Shareholders’ Meeting approved for 19 April 2024

At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of BPER Banca reviewed and approved the Parent Company's Directors’ Report and draft separate financial statements, and the Group’s Integrated Report and Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2023, confirming the preliminary results reviewed and approved on 7 February 2024. On the same occasion, the three Sustainability Reports of the Group were approved: the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, the TCFD Report, prepared in accordance with the Recommendations on combating climate change of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, and the Principles for Responsible Banking Report, based on the UNEP Financial Initiative aimed at supporting interventions to promote sustainability in the financial sector.
