BPER: Draft Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements approved - Shareholders' Meeting convened for 26/4/2023
At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of BPER Banca reviewed and approved the draft separate financial statements of the Bank and the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group as at 31 December 2022, confirming the preliminary results reviewed and approved on 8 February 2023.
