BPER Banca and Gardant finalise strategic partnership agreement for UTP and NPL management

Further to previous communications to the market, information is hereby given that the BPER Banca Group (the “BPER Group”) and the Gardant Group (the “Gardant Group”) have today finalised an agreement on the establishment of a strategic partnership for the management of non-performing loans held by BPER Banca S.p.A. (“BPER”) and Banco di Sardegna S.p.A. (“BdS”).
