BPER: Revised composition of the Board Committees

BPER Banca S.p.A. informs that, at its meeting today, the Board of Directors revised the composition of its internal Committees, appointing Gianfranco Farre as member of the Nominations and Corporate Governance Committee to replace Director Antonio Cabras, who resigned on 17 September 2024, and Antonio Cabras as member of the Remuneration Committee to replace Director Farre.
