Bad loans securitization SUMMER

As part of the broader de-risking and asset quality improvement of the Group, completed the sale of a portfolio of bad loans, called "SUMMER", for a gross book value of € 270.8 million through a securitization for which the Italian State guarantee will be requested on the senior tranche of the notes ("GACS").
