Resignation of a Director

We inform that today Mr. Mario Zucchelli, who met the
independence requirements, resigned from his office as Director of the Bank. The
resignations are to be carried out as prescribed in Article 36 of the Legislative Decree of
the 6th December 2011, No. 201 converted into the Law of the 22th December 2011,
No. 214.
