BPER Banca: Bancassurance agreement between BPER Banca Group and Unipol Group renewed

The BPER Banca Group would like to announce that it has today renewed the Bancassurance Agreement with the Unipol Group for the distribution of "Arca Vita", "Arca Assicurazioni" and "Arca Vita International" life and non-life insurance policies.

The duration of the new Agreement is five years from 1 January 2018 and provides for early termination of the existing Agreement on 31 December 2017.
