Publication supplement to the registration document

Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Società cooperativa (the Issuer) informs that on 9 August 2013, following the Notice of Approval no. 0068028/13 dated 8 August 2013, the First Supplement to the Registration Document concerning the Issuer and the First Supplement to the Basic Prospectuses pertaining to the financial instruments listed in the file (pdf) attached were filed with Consob.

The First Supplement to the Registration Document and the aforementioned Supplements to the Basic Prospectuses are available to the public for consultation, free of charge, at the General Management and operating office of the Issuer in Modena, Via San Carlo, 8/20 and at all Bank branches; the documentation may also be consulted at the bank's website www.bper.it.
