Merger of Emro Finance into BPER: documents filing and publishing (Art. 2501-septies It. Civ. Code)

Notice is hereby given that – following the relevant authorization released by Bank of Italy on the 22^nd April 2016 – on the 06^th of May 2016 the Common Draft Terms of the Merger by absorption of Emro Finance (hereinafter “EMRO” or the “Absorbed Company”) into Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna società cooperativa (hereinafter also the “Absorbing Company”) has been filed and registered with the Companies’ Register in Modena.
