Deed of the merger of Nuova CARIFE published

We hereby inform that the Deed of the merger through absorption of Nuova Cassa di Risparmio di Ferrara S.p.A. ("Nuova CARIFE" or the "Merged Company") into BPER Banca S.p.A. ("BPER Banca" or the Merging Company") - executed on 8 November 2017 - has been registered with the respective competent Registers of Companies of the companies parties to this merger transaction.

The merger legal effects shall take place as of 20 November 2017, while the accounting and tax effects shall be backdated as of 1 July 2017.

The merger Deed is published on the website www.bper.it  - Investor Relations - Main transactions - and is made available to the public at the registered office in accordance with the law provisions currently in force.
