Consolidated interim report on operations as at 31 March 2014

Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna would like to announce that the consolidated interim report on operations as at 31 March 2014 has been filed and is available to the general public at the Bank's head office in Via San Carlo 8/20, Modena.

It has also been filed at the Milan offices of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the company that runs the stockmarket), at CONSOB and on the website of the Bank (www.bper.it) and of the Group (www.gruppobper.it).
