BPER Banca: Appointments

Following the appointment of Directors by the Shareholders’ Meeting on last 14 April, the Board of Directors of BPER, at its meeting held today, passed a resolution, in accordance with art. 22 of the Articles of Association, appointing Mr Pietro Ferrari Chairman and Mr Giuseppe Capponcelli Deputy Chairman and in accordance with art. 30 of the Articles of Association appointing Alessandro Vandelli Chief Executive Officer.
