Verification of the independence requirements

At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of BPER, carried on the annual check of the independence requirements for the Directors in office, as of Art. 147-ter paragraph 4 which refers to Article 148 paragraph 3 of the Consolidated Finance Act (D.Lgs 58/98).

The followings are confirmed as independent Directors of the Bank: Mara Bernardini, Elisabetta Gualandri, Giuseppe Lusignani, Roberto Marotta and Valeriana Maria Masperi, as well as Valeria Venturelli, whose abovementioned requirements were successfully checked on 12 May 2016 (ref. press release issued on the same date).
