Dissolution of the agreement between shareholders of BPER Banca S.p.A.

BPER would like to announce the dissolution by consensual resolution, on 30 March 2020, of the shareholders' agreement concerning shares of BPER Banca S.p.A., signed on 28February 2017 and denominated “Agreement between Historic Shareholders”.

This communication is issued pursuant to art. 131, paragraph 4, lett. b) and art. 129, paragraph 2 of the Consob Issuers Regulation adopted with resolution no. 11971 of 1 May 1999.
