Publication of the updated version of the Statement regarding the solicitation of proxies

It should be noted that on today’s date an updated version was sent to CONSOB , Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and Monte Titoli of the proxy statement, published on 28 March 2018, regarding the solicitation of proxies promoted by BPER Banca S.p.A. in relation to point 2) of the agenda (“Appointment of the Board of Directors for the three-year period 2018-2020”) of the Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company called, in a single call, on 14 April 2018, at 9:00 a.m., at the meeting premises of “Modena Fiera”.
