Verification of the independence requirements
At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of BPER, successfully checked that the independence requirements of Art. 147-ter paragraph 4 and Article 148 paragraph 3 of the Consolidated Finance Act (D.Lgs 58/98), are met by Valeria Venturelli, Director elected by the Shareholders' Meeting of 16 April 2016.
