Variation in the BPER Banca S.p.A. Shareholders’ Agreement

Reference is made to the Shareholders’ Agreement related to the shares of BPER Banca S.p.A. signed on 28 February 2017 and denominated “Agreement between Historic Shareholders”.
In this respect it is announced that, further to the withdrawn of some shareholders from the agreement, the total percentage of the share capital conferred to the agreement has been reduced, as at 22 March 2019, to 2,264%.
This communication is issued pursuant to art. 122 of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, and to articles 65-quinquies, 65-sexies and 65-septies of the Issuers’ Regulation adopted with resolution no. 11971 of 1 May 1999.
The extract published today in the daily newspaper Corriere della Sera by the adherers to the Agreement is attached.
