Verification of independence requirements

On today’s date, the Board of Directors of BPER, on the basis of the declarations given by the exponents and the information available to the Company, verified also in accordance with the Joint Guidelines on the assessment of the suitability of members of the management body and key function holders under Directive 2013/36/EU and Directive 2014/65/EU of September 2017 for the annual revaluation of the suitability of the members of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
