BPER Banca S.p.A. informs that, following a CONSOB request for disclosure of information pursuant to article 114, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance), a supplementary note to the Board of Directors’ report on the first item on the agenda of the extraordinary session of the Shareholders’ Meeting of BPER Banca S.p.A., convened for 18 April 2025, has been made available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the corporate website (https://group.bper.it/en, in the Governance section – Shareholders – Shareholders’ Meeting – 18 April 2025), and in the authorized EmarketStorage repository.
