Resignation of a non-executive member of the Board of Directors

BPER Banca informs that, on today’s date, Gianfranco Farre, non-executive Director of the Company and member of the Control and Risk Committee, resigned from the aforementioned positions – effective immediately – in order to concentrate his activities in Banco di Sardegna, a BPER Group Company in which he holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.

As of today’s date, Gianfranco Farre does not hold any shares in BPER Banca.

Pursuant to the Bylaws, the Board of Directors will replace the outgoing Director, by co-opting a new one, and integrate the aforementioned Committee.
