Results of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 27 July 2022
BPER Banca informs that the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BPER Banca S.p.A., held today in Modena, has supplemented the Board of Statutory Auditors, for the three-year period 2021-2023, by appointing Carlo Appetiti as Standing Auditor, who will remain in office until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year 2023.
Carlo Appetiti’s nomination had been submitted on behalf of the following Shareholders, jointly holding 1.71111% of the share capital: Amundi Asset Management SGR S.p.A., asset manager of the following funds: Amundi Dividendo Italia, Amundi Accumulazione Italia PIR 2023, Amundi Risparmio Italia, Amundi Sviluppo Italia; BancoPosta Fondi SGR S.p.A., asset manager of fund BancoPosta Rinascimento; Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A., asset manager of the following funds: Eurizon Progetto Italia 70, Eurizon Azioni Italia, Eurizon PIR Italia Azioni, Eurizon Progetto Italia 40; Fideuram Asset Management Ireland, asset manager of fund Fonditalia Equity Italy; Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management SGR S.p.A., asset manager of the following funds: Fideuram Italia, Piano Azioni Italia, Piano Bilanciato Italia 50, Piano Bilanciato Italia 30; Interfund SICAV – Interfund Equity Italy; Mediobanca SGR S.p.A., asset manager of fund Mediobanca Mid & Small Cap Italy; Mediolanum International Funds Limited – Challenge Funds – Challenge Italian Equity; Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR S.p.A., asset manager of the following funds: Mediolanum Flessibile Futuro Italia and Mediolanum Flessibile Sviluppo Italia.
