Notice of execution and conclusion of the share buy-back programme for the free-of-charge allocation of shares to employees

BPER Banca S.p.A. ("BPER") informs, pursuant to art. 2 (3) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, that the ordinary treasury share buyback programme (the “Programme”) for the freeof-charge allocation of ordinary shares to the employees – launched on 11 November 2024 and announced to the market in a press release on the same date – was concluded on 14 November 2024.
