MOODY’S UPGRADES OUTLOOK TO POSITIVE FROM NEGATIVE AND AFFIRMS RATINGS OF BPER BANCA

BPER Banca informs that, as part of various rating actions on Italian financial institutions, rating agency Moody’s has yesterday affirmed the Bank’s ratings and revised its outlook to positive from negative. This action follows Moody’s upgrade of Italy’s sovereign rating outlook.
