Appointment of Chair, Deputy Chair and Chief Executive Officer

Notice is hereby given that, at its meeting today, the Board of Directors of BPER Banca S.p.A. resolved to appoint Fabio Cerchiai as Chair of the Board of Directors, Antonio Cabras as Deputy Chair and Gianni Franco Papa as Chief Executive Officer.
