Dividend payment

Notice is hereby given that, on 19 April 2024, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BPER Banca S.p.A. approved the 2023 separate financial statements and the proposal for the allocation of profit, resolving upon the distribution of a cash dividend of Euro 0.30 per share for each of the 1,415,850,518 ordinary shares representing the share capital, for a maximum total amount of Euro 424,755,155.40 (net of those which will be held in the portfolio on the ex-date, on which no dividend will be paid).
