Further to the announcement made on 24 February 2026, BPER Banca S.p.A. informs that the definitive transfer agreement regarding the disposal of six bank branches to the BCC Iccrea Group were signed today. Four branches were sold to BCC Busto Garolfo e Buguggiate and two branches to BCC Cantù.
