Filing of candidacy for integration of the Board of Directors

Banca informs that, by the deadline indicated in the notice of call for the submission of candidacies for the integration of the Board of Directors, Unipol Gruppo S.p.A., which holds 10,552% of the share capital, filed the candidacy of Monica Cacciapuoti, born in Turin (Italy), on 28 September 1968.

The documentation relating to the candidacy, including (i) the curriculum vitae of the candidate; (ii) the declaration by which the latter accepts the candidacy and certifies, under her own responsibility, the non-existence of reasons for which she could not be elected or other incompatibilities as well as that she meets the requirements for appointment established by law and by the Articles of Association; and (iii) information on the identity of the Shareholder presenting the candidate, indicating its overall percentage shareholding, are available to the public at the registered office, on the authorized storage mechanism “1INFO” and on the Company’s website www. bper.it – Sito istituzionale > Governance > Shareholders’ Meeting > 5 November 2022.
