Following the press release of 30 September 2020, we inform that the new BPER Banca’s Articles of Association updated with the amendment resolved by the Board of Directors on 29 September 2020, is now available, in accordance with current legislation, at the head office, filed with Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the authorized storage device (www.1info.it) and on the Bank's website www.bper.it – Sito Istituzionale.
