Update on the execution of the share buyback programme during the period from 18 September 2026 to 24 September 2026

BPER Banca S.p.A. (the "Company" or "BPER"), under the buyback programme communicated to the market on 6 August 2026 and launched on 2 September 2026 as per the authorisation granted by the Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2026, informs that it has carried out the purchase transactions reported below, pursuant to article 2, paragraph 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The transactions were carried out by Equita SIM S.p.A. in its capacity as the intermediary appointed to execute the programme in full independence and with no involvement of the BPER Group.
