BPER Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting: distribution of a dividend

With reference to the press release published the 18th April 2015 about the resolutions of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on the same  date, BPER reminds, as already announced in the press released of 3 March 2015, that  the payment of the dividend is scheduled from 20 May 2015 onwards, according to the calendar of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., at the Bank and at the authorised intermediaries who are members of the Monte Titoli SpA centralised management system. As regard its market price, BPER's stock will go ex-coupon on Monday, 18May 2015, while the record date is scheduled for Tuesday, 19 May 2015.
