Every context has its own dynamics, which cannot be reduced to a sporting competition where the first to finish wins, as many variables cannot be calculated with precision.
We must train ourselves more and more to recognise the value of team spirit and of working together to achieve a shared result.

Three cities, one shared team.

Modena, L’Aquila and Ferrara are home to the BPER Cultural Centres, established to promote the bank’s artistic and archival heritage and return it to the local communities. These are distinct communities, each with their own history and identity, which contribute to a shared journey characterised by culture, research and participation.

Behind every achievement lies a team

Growing up means making room for ever-bigger projects. But no major change really happens on your own. You need advice, expertise and people you can trust. In the six episodes of the series produced by BPER, ‘Vado a vivere da solo’ (I’m moving out on my own), content creator Luca Bellei recounts his journey towards independence, navigating practical choices, doubts and new responsibilities.

Cycling together to reduce CO₂ emissions

“Let’s stop polluting!” is BPER’s initiative encouraging colleagues to choose more sustainable ways of getting around, such as cycling, using a scooter or walking. Developed using the Wecity platform, it transforms every daily journey into a tangible contribution towards a shared goal. One cycle at a time, helping to look after our shared environment.
