Publication of the Registration Document and Base Prospectuses

Following the approval by CONSOB (the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange), communicated with note no. 0059006/16 of 24 June 2016, Banca popolare dell’Emilia Romagna Società cooperativa (the "Issuer"), on 27 June 2016 filed a registration document (the "Registration Document") concerning the Issuer and the base prospectuses (collectively, the "Base Prospectuses", or individually the "Base Prospectus").
