Notice is hereby given that the Regulations governing the conduct of Shareholders’ Meetings of BPER Banca S.p.A., approved by the Board of Directors on 22 October 2026, with all Independent Directors voting in favour, pursuant to Article 125-bis.1 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 (“Consolidated Law on Finance” or “CLF”), are available on the Company’s website (https://group.bper.it/en), in the Governance – Documents Section.
