Publication of the Articles of Association

Notice is hereby given that the Articles of Association, updated to reflect the amendments of the share capital following the partial voluntary conversion - executed on 14 August 2026 - of the convertible bond loan "€ 150,000,000 Convertible Additional Tier 1 Capital Notes", are now available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Emarket Storage mechanism and on the Bank's website (https://group.bper.it/en, in the section Governance - Documents).
