What do an aperitif and financial education have in common?

In 2024, BPER and Est Radio created Fintonic, an event designed to bring together different generations to discuss financial issues that affect young people in particular. The idea is simple: to talk about money, the future and economic choices in a clear way, without too many turns of phrase, and with a light-hearted approach, over a drink. The objective? To eliminate doubts and fears about the future, so that people can manage their money with more confidence and awareness.

The questions where it all begins

"Do I really have to worry about retirement?", "How do I save if I earn little?", "How do I know if an investment is right for me?"  These are questions that many young people ask themselves - and they are not trivial. The problem is that the answers often seem complicated, inaccessible or full of technicalities. This is why we came up with the idea of creating more informal moments of discussion, where we can talk about money, financial choices and the future in a simple, direct way and without feeling out of place.
The answer with which everything goes on
In an episode of Est Radio's video podcast, Luigi Morselli, Head of Supplementary Pensions at BPER Banca, gave a clear answer to a question that often seems complicated: where do you start? The answer is not what you imagine.
Hence the idea of creating a live discussion, to do financial education together, without too many turns of phrase.
