BPER Banca has been awarded in the Digital (R)Evolution Awards, ranking first in the "Innovation Maturity" category.
The event is in its second edition and represents an opportunity to meet and compare success stories, innovation and analysis of the digital trends that are revolutionising the companies and the Country.
After evaluating over 60 companies active in various industries on the base of different levers, the motivations that brought Bain to award BPER Banca the prize for innovation maturity were:
● strategic position to the development of the User Experience, with a strong focus on the Digital Experience;
● presence of innovation vehicles, that is the creation of an internal startup to allow young internal talents to propose innovative ideas;
● Digital Factory and reinforcement of the workforce with digital skills, thanks also to the insertion of new ways of working.
