Back BPER Bene Comune crowdfunding launches for five cultural projects for young people
The fundraising campaign for the five projects selected as part of BPER Bene Comune's eighth call for proposals, "The Future at Your Fingertips," has begun on Produzioni dal Basso, Italy's leading crowdfunding and social innovation platform. Through this initiative, BPER Banca intends to support projects that assist children and young people experiencing economic marginalization, with the goal of improving their skills or promoting future employment.
Contributions to the five projects, spanning various regions from north to south of Italy, are open until December 19, 2025. If they reach the target of 40% of the overall budget, they will be co-financed by BPER Banca for the remaining 60%.
Here are the selected projects in detail:
- Namo APS of Bologna presents the project "Ri.VIVO: join our Solidarity Workshop", a craft and social workshop welcoming 20 young people between the ages of 14 and 25, experiencing psychological fragility, neurodivergence, social marginalization, or at risk of dropping out of school (NEET). Here, they will participate in training programs in creative carpentry, circular tailoring, and transformative restoration, developing practical and personal skills that will help them grow and enter the workforce. The project's headquarters is the former paper mill in Marzabotto (BO), a symbolic space of regeneration, ready to be brought back to life through new hands and ideas.
- The "Ta Da Da Dan!" project was born from the idea of the Quartetto Fauves APS of Ravenna, an association founded in 2009 to bring ensemble music to schools, especially where there is a greater need for listening and participation. "Ta Da Da Dan!" was created to give voice to this richness: a large laboratory of words, drawings and music, where 180 students can create a story together made of sounds, colors and imagination.
- "Creative Spring" is a project promoted by the Justintwo association and designed for Cecchina, a hamlet of Albano Laziale, where the lack of cultural venues for young people is compounded by limited social opportunities in bars and clubs. The project offers training courses for young people between the ages of 16 and 25, based on a creative marathon format with team competitions.
- The Il Pentolino ETS Association of Varedo, active since 2018 to promote social inclusion through sports, education, and cultural projects, presents the project "Tea Time: Inclusive Workshops for Children and Teens", with the aim of offering children and teens aged 6 to 18, with and without disabilities, a space to grow, learn, and feel part of a community. This permanent laboratory of inclusion, creativity, and personal growth will allow young people to participate in inclusive art and sports workshops, attend after-school programs, and participate in group activities to develop empathy and self-esteem.
- Finally, in the heart of Spaccanapoli, the Museodivino and the Annalisa Durante Library, two institutions that unite art, memory, and social redemption, are launching the project "Cultura in Gioco: Checkmate to Exclusion." The aim of these two iconic locations is to join forces and offer free workshops in chess, theater, and micro-sculpture, as well as a psychological counseling service, providing the community with concrete tools for personal development, inclusion, and the prevention of social hardship.
