Information quality and security services

ISO 27001:2022

ISO 27001 is the International Standard that provides a framework for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Compliance with the standards attests to the BPER Group's commitment to managing information security, demonstrating the ability to always protect data by guaranteeing its confidentiality, integrity and availability through the application of a rigorous risk management process.

ISO 9001:2015

The ISO 9001 certification certifies the adoption of a Quality Management System (QMS), which through process efficiency guarantees the constant improvement of the products and services offered to customers.

ISO 22301:2019

ISO 22301 defines the requirements for a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and specifies the requirements to establish, implement, maintain and improve a management system to reduce the likelihood of service interruptions and respond promptly to restore the systems in the face of disruptions. The certification certifies the BPER Group's ability to reduce the risk due to unplanned interruptions, guaranteeing the resilience of the systems and the immediate response in the event of a crisis.

Environmental and energy certifications

In response to the growing expectations of the market and stakeholders regarding sustainability issues and in line with the Group's objective of promoting a central financial system in the ecological transition, we have decided to enhance the management of 20 significant instrumental properties, focusing on energy and environmental. To this end, we have aligned our operational processes with the international reference standards, such as ISO 50001 and ISO 14001.
The adoption and implementation of an Environment and Energy Management System (EMS) also brings significant benefits in various company areas.

UNI EN ISO 50001:2018

It consists of adopting a management system with the following purposes:
 

  1. Increase the energy efficiency of properties: reduction of energy consumption and consequently reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
  2. Regulatory compliance: helps ensure the company complies with energy laws and regulations.
  3. Continuous system improvement: provide a framework for continuous energy improvement.
  4. Reputation: improves the company's reputation, customer and investor trust.

UNI EN ISO 14001:2015

It consists of adopting a management system with the following purposes:
 

  1. Improved environmental performance: this standard helps companies identify, manage, monitor and control their environmental aspects in a "holistic approach".
  2. Regulatory compliance: helps ensure that the company complies with local, national and supranational environmental laws and regulations.
  3. Cost reduction: cost containment through energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  4. Reputation: improves the company's reputation and the trust of customers, the public and future investors.

Social certifications

Top Employers Italy 2026

An award given by the Top Employers Institute to companies that stand out for the excellence of their human resources management policies and strategies and their commitment to promoting employee well-being. To obtain the certification it is necessary to meet the international standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyses in depth 6 macro-areas and 20 specific topics, including People Strategy, Digital HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance, Wellbeing and Sustainability.

IDEM Gender Equality 2024 

An award aimed at the companies most attentive to gender equality that have implemented corporate policies in this area. IDEM is the university start-up born from the collaboration between professors, researchers and researchers of the Marco Biagi Foundation, a research body of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia specialised in the analysis of labour relations.

UNI PdR 125:2022

A certification under Mission 5 of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP). The certification process was conducted by RINA, an international certification body, which assessed six strategic areas: corporate culture and strategy, governance, inclusive HR processes, pay equity and work-life balance policies.

ISO 45001:2018

ISO 45001 certification is an international standard that defines the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). Its goal is to help organizations manage risks, prevent injuries and occupational illnesses, and improve their performance in this area, creating safer and healthier workplaces for employees and external personnel. This standard replaces the previous OHSAS 18001 regulation. ISO 45001 is not just a certification: it is a cultural and strategic choice. Adopting it means safeguarding the most valuable asset of any organization: its people. Through effective management, continuous training, and a long-term vision, it is possible to create safer, more sustainable, and more competitive workplaces.
