BPER Banca is confirmed for the fifth consecutive year among the "Top Employer Italy" according to the independent research of the Top Employer Institute, which every year analyses corporate excellence in HR policies and strategies and in their implementation to contribute to people's well-being, to improve the environment and the working conditions of its employees.
The Top Employer certification is awarded to companies that achieve and satisfy the international standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey. The Survey covers 6 macro areas in HR, examines and analyses in detail 20 different topics and respective Best Practices including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity&Inclusion, Wellbeing and many others.
The Top Employer programme has recognised and certified over 2000 companies in 122 countries worldwide.
In Italy there are 148 certified companies, of which 14 in the banking sector: a figure that demonstrates the quality and effectiveness of the policies and initiatives adopted by BPER Banca in favour of its employees.
